Organizing With West Street Village Mobile Home Park

West Street Village has been actively organizing and fighting against Tom Lennon who bought their Mobile Home Park in Ludlow, made minor improvements and then petitioned the rent control board of Ludlow for a HUGE lot fee increase. They have been actively fighting against this speculator so that their park remains affordable!
