On 5/24/12 30 Springfield No One Leaves members showed up to protest the foreclosure auction of Jim & Leah Ramirez’s home. After a few twists and turns it was another victory for Springfield No One Leaves! Td Banknorth & the Mass Housing Association granted a 2 month postponement and agreed to consider loan modification. This after continually telling the Ramirez family there was nothing they could do prior to the protest. Jim and Leah had only heard about Springfield No One Leaves for the first time when their house was canvased by volunteers 5 days earlier! It’s never too late to fight back!
